Our 2015 Vestry Members

John Anderson (Co-Warden)
John Anderson was born and lived his early life in the small community of River Falls, Wisconsin, a rural agricultural area. John earned a degree at Harvard College. In his stint in the Army during the Vietnam War, John was stationed in North Carolina where he met his wife, Starr. After law school (Suffolk University) John and Starr settled in Georgetown, MA, where he continues in his general practice of law.
John and Starr have been members at St. James since 1977. They love the vitality of St. James. John has served as Warden on three occasions including his current term.  John has done other community services including as three-time chairman of the Georgetown School Committee (1992-2001), and two-time Chairman of fund distribution for the Merrimack Valley United Way. John and Starr have two grown children, Elisha and Emily. As often as possible they love to visit their grandson, Camilo, who lives in Baltimore with his parents, Emily and Leo.

She has been a member of St. James for seven years having been born and baptized into the former All Saint's Episcopal Church, in Georgetown.
